Highly collaborative role working within a passionate cross-functional team (Product Management, Engineering, Product Designers).
Proven analytical skills, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to propose, document, and deliver.
Defining concise, end-to-end user stories to drive both frontend and backend development in an agile environment.
Crucial role bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of demonstrated BA delivery experience within agile scrum methodology.
- Detailed analysis and requirements elicitation.
- Translating requirements into user stories.
- Documenting acceptance criteria and the As-Is/To-Be state.
- Confident use of JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional agile teams (remote & on-site).
- Blend of technical and business BA experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of OCR and RPA solutions.
- Understanding of the end-to-end home loan application lifecycle.
- BAU support experience (resolving Helpdesk tickets).
