Full-Time Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in implementing cloud-based big data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
• Lead client-facing meetings to gather and document requirements.
• Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
• Manage deadlines and communicate status.
• Lead implementation planning and setup.
• Maintain documentation.
• Understand client use cases.
• Deliver projects within scope and timeline.
• Conduct thorough investigations of issues.
• Create high-quality tickets.
• Organize and lead requirement review meetings.
• Partner with engineering and testing teams.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues.
• Document and disseminate client-specific solution configurations.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years client-facing consulting, Business Analyst, or Client Service experience.
• SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience in software implementations, preferably within health plans or hospital-based systems.
• Experience with JIRA or other ticket-based tracking systems
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with health care data and/or healthcare software.
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications

Additional Information:

Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 USD
