The role requires analysis and insights to support the Business Transformation Project change initiatives across the Personal Injury Division brands within MedHealth.
Lead the BA team and work seamlessly with Product Owners.
Work with Program team members and the business to deliver a consistent process for process design, including approach, documentation, and methodologies.
Work with business owners (BO) to identify all requirements, define and document the scope and detail of the functional solution (build or config).
Work with Change and Comms to help support identification of CIA / TNA needs.
Align functional needs and strategic needs (VCP) of all business stakeholders.
Interpret the needs of the business and ensure that teams are delivering. Identify dependencies between the business, build, config, and data streams and work with streams to ensure delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and transparency.
