About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Analytics, the Senior Business Analyst will build and support emerging analytics needs throughout the business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy cutting-edge analytical solutions to strengthen strategy across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product.
- Collaborate with external clients to define data integration requirements for the data engineering team.
- Partner across teams (analytics and others) to translate raw data into business impact.
- Create self-service dashboards and automated data reporting solutions.
- Define and monitor critical metrics and KPIs to track success, outcomes, and impact.
- Present insights and strategize with leadership on business direction and opportunities.
- Own solutions from start to finish.
- Be part of a cutting-edge, fast-growing team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of quantitative analytics experience with SQL, dbt, and Python-based analytical libraries.
- 3+ years building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, and NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in health insurance regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Passion for transforming US health insurance.
- 2+ years of collaborating with external clients (preferred).

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation; base pay varies by location and is influenced by job-related skills and experience.
Current expected salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
