Full-Time Senior Business Analyst, Customer Insights

We are seeking a driven individual to join our Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will solve challenging problems, such as optimizing customer interaction reporting and assessing business actions' impact on customer behavior through data analysis. Collaborate with executives and internal partners to drive understanding and recommendations. This role is high-visibility and impacts business success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build cross-functional dashboards to monitor KPIs and facilitate decision-making.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational data to understand behavior trends, optimizing customer experience, efficiency, and cost.
• Answer key questions, leveraging all available data and tools, diving deep into data, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of work experience preferred (management consulting, banking/PE, data science/analytics in tech background a plus)
• Strong skills: Excel, SQL, Tableau
• Analytical skills for fact-based decision making. Strong execution skills.
• Python skills a plus.
• Advanced degree (Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics) from a top school a plus.
