Full-Time Senior Business Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant to join our growing team at ShyftLabs. This role requires deep understanding of data, advanced analytics, and business strategy development. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are essential for working alongside Enterprise clients.

• Designing technical solutions to meet client objectives.
• Developing and testing data models for capturing KPIs and data transformations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to create cloud-based solutions, focusing on applications and data.
• Analyzing the full-funnel marketing world for value identification.
• Contributing to the company vision, understanding the product roadmap, and fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Ensuring quality solutions and resolving technical issues.
• Learning new technologies and industry tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years data experience, 2+ years retail/e-commerce experience
• CRM/Marketing Analytics experience
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency; Looker preferred
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake or BigQuery)
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM
• Client-facing experience, including Executive-level stakeholder interactions
• Machine Learning model development experience
• Experience with distributed source control (GIT) in an Agile-Scrum environment; Airflow experience a plus.
