Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our Network Transformation. This role involves building and maintaining reporting & insights systems. The ideal candidate will identify solutions within complex data sets and transform insights into opportunities. Requires strong data skills and business relationship skills across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data from internal and external sources.
- Designing, developing, and implementing decision support solutions.
- Partnering with IT to influence ETL processes and data structures.
- Ensuring projects meet network readiness dates within budget.
- Developing innovative approaches to address data issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining reporting infrastructure using Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Looker, and QlikSense.
- Serving as a technical business analyst / consultant.
What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, or similar quantitative field preferred
- 10+ years of extensive Telecom background/experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an engineer, planner, OSP designer or Network data analyst
- Experience with Telcomm Network Design systems (IQGeo, GIS, SmallWorld)
- Hands-on development experience with reporting tools: Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Looker, and QlikSense
- Experience with complex datasets and internal program databases
- Experience with big data technologies and advanced data analytics is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
