Role: Senior Business Process Consultant, Creator Workflows is the functional and process expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Creator products. The goal is accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.
- Process Expert: Custom application development using ServiceNow App Engine and Platform products.
- Advise Customers: Custom application development practices and scaling applications development.
- Drive Process Definition: Customer application specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes.
- Lead Design Workshops: Capture personas, interactions, interfaces and data requirements.
- Support Process Owners: Key customer process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain business requirements.
- Guide Documentation: Completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks.
- Create User Stories: Draft functionality-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer.
- Support Unit Testing: Internal unit testing of developed solution.
- Drive Testing Requirements: Customer unit and user-acceptance testing requirements.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Delivery/engagement materials.
- Support Presales: When required.
- Provide Mentoring: Other members of the ServiceNow delivery team.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus one mainline certification.
- 5+ years of application consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of application platforms.
- Experience deciphering and converting business requirements.
- Ability to influence strategies and tactics.
- Excellent facilitation skills using technologies.
