Full-Time Zabbix Expert

Mission:

• Responsible for the proper functioning of monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Canopsis, Grafana).
• Develop and maintain standard templates used globally.
• Collaborate with Global Tooling teams on various projects.
• Work closely with contract governance and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or independently implement Zabbix.
• Develop and maintain standard Zabbix templates.
• Create new Zabbix templates based on business needs.
• Manage Zabbix server and proxies.
• Develop Canopsis Hypervision skills and maintain/support its evolution.
• Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Automate monitoring solutions using Ansible.
• Stay current with technology trends.
• Collaborate on problem-solving and process improvements.
• Ensure security tools are functioning per standards and procedures.
• Provide level 3 technical support (analyze and resolve complex incidents).
• Monitor tool updates and evolution.
• Create/maintain Ansible Playbooks for automated service delivery.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Zabbix Certified Specialist certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Zabbix.
• Knowledge of Grafana.
• Experience with middleware solutions or infrastructure services.
• Solid experience with Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.
• Ansible playbook development skills are a plus.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new solutions.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• On-call duty required.
