Your CareerYou will focus on relationship management to achieve results in public sector revenue, market share, and partner sales team depth at assigned GSI Partners.
Your success depends on creating and executing unique business plans with each GSI partner.
You will be measured on joint business with strategic partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Global/International Account Directors).
Your Impact
- Develop and execute business plans with Account Directors.
- Maximize growth opportunities and ensure partner readiness for successful customer implementations.
- Own revenue targets across Kyndryl, Accenture, and NTT.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
- Design compelling value propositions to promote solutions.
- Develop/activate services based on emerging and established technologies, increasing revenue and driving innovation.
- Liaise with product teams to innovate solutions and GTM strategies.
- Provide clear and consistent communication (internal/external) with partners.
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management.
- Create and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards.
- Work proactively on partner development and solution creation.
Your Experience
- Experience in Channel Management or Business Development (enterprise software/network security).
- Significant experience with GSI partners (Kyndryl, Accenture, NTT).
- Understanding and experience of GSI Go-To-Market strategies.
- Understanding of GSI operating models.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
- Strong initiative, creative thinking, excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
