Senior Cloud AI Security Lead – GCP & Deep Security Focus (US-Based-Remote)
Note: You will work remotely but should be located continental US area and timezones.
We're looking for a US-based Senior Cloud AI Security lead with strong GCP experience and a deep background in security operations, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
As a Senior Cloud AI Security Lead, you will:
- Lead security architecture design and implementation for security and security offerings on Google Cloud Platform, with core support for AWS and Azure environments.
- Develop comprehensive multi-cloud security strategies, frameworks and offerings that align with industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Architect secure implementations of AI services, including protection of ML models, training data, and AI interfaces.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify weaknesses in cloud environments.
- Design and implement security monitoring solutions, including Security Operations Center (SOC) integration and incident response procedures.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Create and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and architectural diagrams.
- Advise clients on remediation strategies for identified vulnerabilities and security gaps.
- Implement security automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security tooling.
- Build trusted relationships with both client stakeholders and internal Bespin delivery teams.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, solution validation, and security-focused workshops.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in cloud security architecture, with deep expertise in GCP security services and working knowledge of AWS and Azure security services.
- Strong understanding of GCP security services including Cloud IAM, Security Command Center, VPC Service Controls, Cloud KMS, and Secret Manager.
- Experience developing and securing AI and ML in cloud environments
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) with additional AWS or Azure security certifications preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing SOC environments and security monitoring solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability management, including scanning, assessment, and remediation.
- Experience conducting or overseeing penetration testing of cloud environments.
- Coding skills in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or JavaScript preferred) with experience in security automation.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.).
- Strong client engagement skills and ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have:
- Additional security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CREST, CEH, or OSCP).
- Experience with multi-cloud security management platforms.
- Familiarity with container security (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless security patterns.
- Experience with security tooling such as Prisma Cloud, Aqua Security, or Lacework.
- Background in incident response and digital forensics.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust security models.
- Experience with developing and securing generative AI implementations and LLM security and best practices.
