Senior Communications Manager, LATAM
Manage and execute external and executive communications programs to position the company as a cybersecurity leader in the region. Collaborate with the global communications team and agency partners to plan, develop, and localize communications campaigns and stories for the LATAM region, including thought leadership, research, and product launches. Spot great stories, develop creative and engaging campaigns for each market, ensuring consistent messaging with global vision, mission, and values.
Provide Executive Comms support to the President of LATAM. Develop internal comms, All Hands meeting content and execution, presentations for EBCs, social media and PR, and speaking opportunities.
Work in partnership with global communications and agencies to build brand reputation, raise awareness, and increase share of voice across the region.
Drive media coverage in business and trade media, including thought leadership, research, product launches, and local events.
Advise and partner with C-Suite executives on communications, support development of messaging, Q&As, articles, and briefing documents for LATAM leadership.
Create compelling content for digital channels, including social media, video, and imagery.
Manage day-to-day contact for PR agencies.
Develop op-eds, blog posts, and other content.
Assist with training and development of spokespeople.
Support regional analyst outreach.
Proactively engage, cultivate relationships with tier-one media, and foster strong relationships with marketing and sales teams.
Understand technology and clearly communicate customer benefits.
Periodic travel (up to 30%) to other international locations.
Required Experience:
8+ years experience in communications, focusing on tech and/or cybersecurity.
Essential experience in LATAM roles, global experience a plus.
Strong understanding of the regional media environment.
Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and momentum driver.
Highly organized and self-motivated with timely, first-rate execution.
Experience working in complex global organizations.
Team player and creative thinker with international team experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
Experience managing analyst programs.
Strong relationships with senior executives.
Ability to work under pressure and meet last-minute deadlines.
Understanding of local cultures across LATAM.
Proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
