Salary Range:Up to $105,600 yearly. Pay rate varies by skills, experience, and location.
Overview:Seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to analyze business problems, implement, and improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems for system automation and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis: Analyze complex data processing to design and implement systems.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with users to gather and understand requirements for system development/improvement.
- System Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements focusing on automation, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Capability Review: Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to optimize performance.
- Software Evaluation: Analyze and recommend software to meet needs and improve system functionality.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of system requirements, specifications, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT professionals, developers, network administrators and support staff for seamless system integration and performance.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure system functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis or related fields. Proficiency in system analysis, programming languages and software tools. Experience with databases, networks, and data processing.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal/written communication. Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise-level applications, business process modeling, cloud computing and cybersecurity principles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Clearance: U.S. Citizen with active public trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
