Full-Time Senior Consultant

As a senior consultant joining Logic20/20’s Advanced Analytics practice, you’ll gather, document, and review functional requirements and assist with functional specifications. You’ll work directly with our customers to develop insights into business and data models and perform data analysis activities to identify relational data issues.

About you

• Proven experience creating, documenting, and aligning business and technical requirements
• Creative problem-solver who can quickly learn new tools and processes
• Comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives
• Pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions
• 4-6 years of experience as a dashboard developer at a large consulting firm
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience gathering and documenting business and data requirements, interviewing stakeholders, and facilitating alignment workshops
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, including source-to-target mapping and documentation
• Strong data literacy skills and basic understanding of data modeling
• Experience with data profiling and data analysis, ensuring alignment between business needs and data use cases
• Experience working with Agile teams in a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI
• Data testing experience
• Exposure to change management processes and/or projects
• Familiarity with design thinking frameworks and persona development
• Experience querying Snowflake in any capacity (user, developer, etc.)
• Understanding of data architecture fundamentals, including data warehousing and data lakes
