Full-Time Senior Customer Success Operations Specialist

Role Overview: The role combines VAR/customer interaction, data analysis, and process management. The Customer Success Operations department handles internal, customer, and VAR-related programs.

Key Objectives:

• Increase productivity for Acumatica CSMs and VAR Customer Success teams.
• Maintain and execute ongoing Customer Success programs.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage customer success initiatives (license compliance, surveys, communications).
• Ensure efficient and effective execution of Customer Success initiatives.
• Coach and mentor VAR Customer Success teams.
• Export, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights.
• Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer success documentation in SharePoint.
• Become proficient in Acumatica's CRM.
• Collaborate with the customer success team for process improvements.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide general operations support to the Customer Success team.
• Contribute to Customer Success best practices.
