Full-Time Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

As a Delivery Specialist in Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for leading the development of projects involving multiple Cybersecurity teams and other stakeholders across the business. Projects focus on improving NielsenIQ's global security strategy and posture, including regulations, policies, standards, and processes.

1. Work directly with stakeholders to collect and identify relevant project information.
2. Support planning, execution, and assessment of complex efforts, providing high-level vision to program/manager and/or leadership, and managing/influencing objectives of complex efforts.
3. Perform gap analysis between current tool usage and optimal usage based on business requirements.
4. Support process improvement to leverage technology and service providers for Cybersecurity program goals.
5. Manage projects with cross-functional teams across business units and geographic locations.
6. Gather infrastructure, business, and IT estimates, ensuring sound principles and judgment are used in their development.
7. Support defining deliverables, tasks, and timelines with teams and drive them to completion for multiple programs within a workstream.
8. Perform analysis to identify innovative resource utilization and potential solutions to facilitate decision-making and resolve issues preventing successful execution.
9. Identify and mitigate risks by creating risk management plans, managing interdependencies with other organizational projects, investigating problems, and performing in-depth analysis to ensure project delivery.
10. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders and business leaders.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• 2-4 years of cybersecurity experience (desired)
• 1-3 years of experience designing, documenting, and implementing Power Platform and Power BI solutions
• 1-3 years of building Power BI reports, datasets, and dashboards
• 1-3 years of experience designing, documenting, and implementing Jira projects
• Experience working in an agile sprint-based environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Innate curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive for simplification and automation
