Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Lead to partner with Finance, Strategy, and executive leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Architect sophisticated models.

Key Skills:
- Strategic Modeling & Analysis: Design and deploy advanced financial models, conduct scenario analysis.
- Proactive Insight & Recommendation Generation: Deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics, identify trends and anomalies.
- Financial Data Architecture Oversight: Define and refine data analytics architecture, collaborate with data engineering.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Finance, FP&A, and other business units.
- Insightful Data Visualization: Create compelling interactive dashboards and reports.
- Financial Systems & Process Enhancement: Drive improvements in financial reporting.
- AI-Driven Financial Analytics: (Optional) Explore and implement advanced techniques.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in analytical roles.
- SQL Mastery: Expert skills for data manipulation, financial modeling.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Solve ambiguous problems with sophisticated frameworks.
- Builders Mindset: Proactive, curious, results-driven, passionate about data solutions.
- Data Visualization Expertise: Build insightful dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Nice to Haves: Experience operationalizing AI/ML models, proficiency in Python.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $220,000
