Full-Time Senior Data Analyst

cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a federal customer. The focus includes IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor junior data analysts, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
• Lead functional data expertise associated to data domains.
• Lead documentation of functional specs and mapping.
• Complete field mapping templates and data tab of data definition templates.
• Drive end user data validation activities (business rules) in collaboration with data quality analysts/validators and stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance (MDG) Architects to establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on master data across key domains (Material, customer, vendor) to implement and maintain robust master data governance.
• Support development, data stewardship alignment and monitor data governance policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data analysis procedures, master data governance policies, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 6 years of related work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing senior management
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Expert skills in data management tools such as Collibra

Preferred:

• Experience supporting large-scale government ERP implementations (SAP, S/4 HANA, and/or Oracle)
• Experience supporting Department of Defense Clients (Army preferred)
• Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience working remotely within a large project
• Familiarity with Agile principles and development projects
• Experience with Federal financials and logistics data sets
