Full-Time Senior Data Analyst

Position Summary: Join EarnIn to drive growth using analytics to inform business priorities, drive experiments, deliver value across the consumer lifecycle, and measure performance for optimizations.

What You'll Do:

• Drive strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities in Product and Marketing.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to design and run experiments.
• Enhance EarnIn's experimentation stack by implementing tools (Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, CUPED).
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineering to build models for customized consumer experiences.
• Monitor key business metrics, proactively identify and resolve problems.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in marketing analytics/data science, B2C.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, push notification, SMS).
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
• Expert skills in SQL, Python or R.
• Knowledge of experimentation tools (Sequential Testing, Champion/Challenger, CUPED).
• Understanding of machine learning techniques.
• Ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain processes while encouraging creative thinking.
• Curiosity and passion for analytical problems and stakeholder communication.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
