Keypath is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online education across the APAC region.
Reporting to the Director, Product Strategy and Insights, the Senior Data Analyst will work collaboratively across teams to enhance data accessibility, build robust insights capabilities, and embed a data-driven mindset throughout the business.
You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality analytics, automating reporting processes, and developing scalable, self-service dashboards using PowerBI.
Responsibilities include:
- Performance Analysis & Forecasting: Analyse and interpret performance data across lead-to-start conversion, student acquisition, and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Insight Development: Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations and effectively communicate these to senior management teams.
- Reporting Automation & Visualisation: Lead the automation of all existing reporting processes using Power BI, SQL, and Azure tools.
- Marketing Analytics: Analyse marketing mix effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations to optimise strategy and spend.
- Data Infrastructure & Quality: Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines are reliable and accessible.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 7+ years in a data analytics role.
- Experience automating reporting processes and building dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation across multiple sources.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling and insight delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query).
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modelling principles.
