Full-Time Senior Data Analyst

The OpportunityMedely is hiring a Senior Data Analyst. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Recruiting to create data analyses and stories for our fast-growing business. What you’ll be doing

• Provide data-driven insights to drive core business KPIs (growth, revenue, engagement).
• Create compelling internal dashboards to monitor product and business KPIs.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support business needs and resolve metric-based issues.
• Review processes and identify improvement opportunities through reporting or automation.
• Automate insights through alerting and anomaly detection.
• Identify areas needing new or refined data sources.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, data science, consulting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of databases and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Advanced SQL skills and well-optimized query writing.
• Ability to organize and present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, experience solving ambiguous problems using data.
• Ability to analyze and condense data to tell persuasive stories.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter, capable of driving change through influence and collaborating effectively.
