Summary: The Senior Data Analyst will conduct high-impact analyses across the customer lifecycle, including applying modeling techniques, monitoring KPIs, and providing insights to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Identify trends and correlations to prioritize resources effectively and forecast accurately.
- Apply modeling techniques like regression, clustering, and decision trees.
- Monitor company KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Manage data analysis projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver timely results.
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations (dashboards and reports).
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Datawind).
- Work closely with business leaders to understand data needs and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify data-driven product improvements.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, spreadsheet management, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
- General knowledge and experience with data structures related to Salesforce.
- Experience with Python (preferred).
- Soft Skills: Ability to translate technical knowledge into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Comfort presenting to diverse audiences, adjusting content accordingly.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project status.
- Ability to handle evolving challenges and refine vague requirements.
Experience: 3+ years of data analysis or business intelligence experience.
