Full-Time Senior Data Analyst

About your tasks:

• Lead the design and development of advanced Tabular data models to address company-wide analytical needs.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team.

About you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, with a strong record of leading analytics projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, including building scalable and efficient semantic models and hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, combined with strong statistical and numerical analysis capabilities.
• Effective communicator and natural leader, passionate about mentoring others and translating complex data insights into strategic business impact across teams.
