Full-Time Senior Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide insights and reporting
• Develop and implement data models and queries in Snowflake to support comprehensive data analysis

Data Management:

• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources into Snowflake, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility
• Maintain and optimize the data warehouse environment, ensuring it meets the company's evolving needs
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance

Business Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless execution of data projects
• Provide training and support to business users on how to leverage data and analytics tools effectively

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, analytics capabilities, and reporting efficiency
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, BI tools, and data management
• Lead and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the company's analytics infrastructure and capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining Power BI or Tableau dashboards
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and management
• Experience with Databricks
• Proven knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with Snowflake
