Full-Time Senior Data Analyst- Business Intelligence

About the Role: Seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst for Business Intelligence to support sales and marketing initiatives. This role bridges data across the full customer funnel, enhancing understanding of customer behavior, campaign optimization, and revenue acceleration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor revenue-driving activities across sales and marketing.
• Identify and flag data quality issues in CRM and related systems.
• Analyze campaign performance, funnel conversions, pipeline progression, and win/loss trends to pinpoint actionable opportunities.
• Support ROI and attribution modeling for marketing and sales programs.
• Leverage historical data and predictive modeling to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
• 4+ years of data analysis experience, with SQL skills.
• Knowledge of lead funnel metrics and lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build insightful and effective dashboards (e.g., Tableau).
• Independent data retrieval, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with dbt is a plus.
