Full-Time Senior Data Intelligence Analyst

At Deutsche Telekom, we believe in employee development. Our HR team develops global products like learning & development, skills intelligence, and performance/engagement surveys. We are looking for a passionate data analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Developing strategic data specifications for logical models.
• Creating assessment and steering tools for data sources.
• Developing data models and overseeing their implementation.
• Analyzing data from various sources to integrate results into solutions and processes (trends, patterns, predictive models).
• Presenting decision-making proposals and recommended courses of action to management.
• Taking complete responsibility for strategic data science projects, from requirements to go-live.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
• Minimum 4 years experience as a data analyst/scientist
• Strong Python skills, including libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
• Data visualization expertise with libraries like Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly and tools like Tableau/PowerBI
• Knowledge of classical machine learning models (Random Forest, Gradient Boost).
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• UML and data modeling knowledge is a plus.
• HR/employee survey experience a plus
• Strong communication (English) and writing skills
• Flexibility for business travel

Base salary (negotiable) will not be less than €3500/brutto, with variable and other financial benefits.
