Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic data specifications for logical models.
- Creating assessment and steering tools for data sources.
- Developing data models and overseeing their implementation.
- Analyzing data from various sources to integrate results into solutions and processes (trends, patterns, predictive models).
- Presenting decision-making proposals and recommended courses of action to management.
- Taking complete responsibility for strategic data science projects, from requirements to go-live.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
- Minimum 4 years experience as a data analyst/scientist
- Strong Python skills, including libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
- Data visualization expertise with libraries like Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly and tools like Tableau/PowerBI
- Knowledge of classical machine learning models (Random Forest, Gradient Boost).
- Experience with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- UML and data modeling knowledge is a plus.
- HR/employee survey experience a plus
- Strong communication (English) and writing skills
- Flexibility for business travel
