Responsibilities
Data Production: process raw-data files from client supplied data sources; create logic edit and manipulation code; review data inconsistencies to ensure file-integrity.
Data analysis: write tabulation code; check and analyze reports; document anomalies for Research staff.
Maintain and update existing databases, process ad hoc inquiries and reports.
Document processing procedures for staff review; adhere to production protocol.
Provide resource backup for current staff to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Generate data files and reports for client distribution; create customized Word/Excel/PowerPoint files.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Mathematics/computer science background
Knowledge in survey applications and results a plus
Self-motivated to train and learn proprietary software applications
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Market Research
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
