Full-Time Senior Data Solutions Developer

About the Role: As a Senior Data Solutions Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining reporting infrastructure and ensuring reporting suite integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Define, extract, and validate key performance metrics for investor relations and C-suite decision-making.
• Design and develop dynamic Looker dashboards for actionable insights and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with the business to ensure data quality and availability for internal and external reporting.
• Build and maintain Looker Explores for reporting.
• Define and maintain reporting/data definitions.
• Provide requirements to Data Platforms & Data Engineering for reporting pipelines.
• Support migrations to ensure reporting integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Extensive Business Intelligence experience with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience supporting investor relations or accounting/finance teams.
• Minimum 5 years experience in reporting infrastructure and enablement roles.
• Minimum 5 years experience in SQL development and optimization.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in analytics and data manipulation techniques.
• Understanding of data modeling principles and methodologies.
• Experience with DBT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Plus Factors:

• Proven experience supporting Investor Relations.
• Extensive Looker experience, including building complex data models and dashboards.
• DBT experience.
• Databricks familiarity.
