The Senior Director of Learning Strategy and Innovation will lead the design and implementation of learning initiatives supporting organizational goals.
This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in advanced learning technologies such as AI, simulations, and gamification, and the ability to align learning strategies with business objectives.
- Learning Strategy: Support the creation and execution of long-term learning strategies, aligning them with business goals through aligned OKRs. Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and design scalable learning architectures incorporating emerging trends such as AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning technologies.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge learning technologies, integrating new tools into the learning ecosystem, and championing innovative approaches like gamification, simulations, and mobile learning. Develop a strategic roadmap for leveraging AI, ML, and other emerging technologies to enhance learning delivery and outcomes.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the development of a robust learning content strategy ensuring relevance, scalability, and engagement across diverse modalities. Collaborate with content experts to design content incorporating micro-learning, simulations, and blended solutions.
- Audience/Persona Strategy: Drive the creation of persona-based learning strategies addressing the unique needs of various learner audiences (employees, customers, and partners). Leverage data to ensure learning experiences are tailored and impactful for each audience segment.
- Program Design & Implementation: Lead the design and pilot of innovative learning programs, including leadership development and technical skills training. Design comprehensive learning journeys meeting the needs of diverse audiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable learning strategies.
- Measurement and Impact Analysis: Establish KPIs and success metrics for learning initiatives using OKRs. Develop methods for measuring program effectiveness, including ROI analyses and data-driven evaluations, to continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance data.
