Embolic Sales Specialist

Promoting, educating, and selling embolic products to healthcare professionals.

Building strong customer relationships and understanding their clinical needs.

Providing solutions to optimize patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential customers (interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, etc.).
• Visit hospitals, clinics, and facilities to increase product visibility.
• Persuasively communicate and demonstrate product benefits.
• Understand assigned territory's market unique characteristics.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve issues.
• Deeply understand LAVA products and clinical applications.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits through training.
• Stay updated on competitive products and industry trends.
• Manage and prioritize customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.
• Provide timely sales reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years direct embolic experience and 5-8 years medical device sales experience launching new products and selling modality change.
• Ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Must reside in and be able to travel within assigned territory.
• Travel 60-75% including weekends/holidays.
• Physical requirements: prolonged sitting, walking, standing, possible radiation exposure, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Current valid driver's license.

Compensation:

Base salary: $105,000 - $115,000 annually

Variable bonus: $140,000 - $150,000 annually
