Full-Time Senior Engagement Manager Data Aggregation

IntegriChain seeks a polished, data-savvy professional to support data aggregation customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client activities, tracking systems, and staff.
• Support utilization of data aggregation solutions.
• Serve as customer point of contact.
• Review customer requirements and issues.
• Develop functional resolution tools.
• Design and deliver client presentations.
• Assemble Service Level Agreements, KPIs, and value stats.
• Evaluate risks, quality, and program success.
• Provide performance updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in internal projects.
• Gather requirements for non-standard requests.
• Ensure prior experience is integrated.
• Drive process flow analysis and redesign.
• Build customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and pain points.
• Drive product usage.
• Proactively address customer health and retention.
• Develop, document, and update processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years data aggregation experience.
• 5+ years pharma industry experience.
• 3+ years customer success/program management.
• Experience with Patient-level data and SP data feeds.
• Strong account management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Windows and Applications, including Excel.
