Full-Time Senior Engineer Component Introduction

• Reporting to Global Category Sensor & ASICs, secure “Best in Class” consistent and sustainable supplier quality performance.
• Quality responsible for customer-owned tooling processes, Semiconductor Solutions related component sourcing.
• Define, drive, and implement best-in-class Supplier & Component strategy.
• Drive supplier development and improvement activities at supplier sites.
• Define, release, and implement Semiconductor Solutions procedures, guidelines, and tools to meet the Zero-defect strategy.
• Responsible for component development quality and Material Life Cycle (MLC) release activities.
• Support manufacturing quality, including MRB decisions, 8D handling, failure analysis, escalation management.
• Define and maintain Semiconductor Solutions specific requirements, including audits, certification.
• Support product and process change requests, including PCNs from suppliers.
• Support data systems to collect and evaluate supplier quality-related KPIs.

• Academic degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge in semiconductor design and processes and test.
• Expertise in Manufacturing Data Analytics, Semiconductor Physical Failure Analysis, Semiconductor IC Design Quality preferred.
• Understanding of automotive practices such as APQP/PPAP/VDA6.3/IATF16949.
• Business fluent English and basic german language skills.
• Ability to lead process improvements, supplier development and audit activities with frequent travel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
