Full-Time Senior Expansion Analyst

What makes this role exciting?We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Expansion Analyst to join our Global Expansion team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing Expansion strategy. Your responsibilities include analyzing data to uncover opportunities in cross-selling, upselling, product portfolio enhancement, package design, pricing optimization, and other levers to unlock value from our existing customer base. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data and strategy.

In this role, you are contributing by...

• Independently leading data analytics and modeling with a special focus on MRR increase.
• Supporting the execution of key strategic projects to drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives across our footprint, working hand in hand with local expansion teams.
• Liaising with in-market stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations.
• Overall project management for selected initiatives.
• Co-designing, running, and scaling experiments.
• Supporting the design and optimization of the global Expansion organization.

How do we define success in this position?

• Delivery of data analyses based on agreed scope – timely, detailed, and factoring in stakeholders’ inputs.
• Successful execution of projects/initiatives based on insights derived from data analysis (focused on MRR growth).

What makes you a great fit?

• 3-6 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
• Ideally, a quantitatively oriented educational background (e.g., Business, Data Science, Math/Physics, Finance).
• Technical expertise with large data sets (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Prior experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models.
• Proven ability to package insights and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams.
