We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Expansion Analyst to join our Global Expansion team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing Expansion strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data to uncover opportunities in cross-selling, upselling, product portfolio enhancement, package design, pricing optimization, and other levers to unlock value from our existing customer base.
- Independently leading data analytics and modeling with a focus on MRR increase.
- Supporting the execution of key strategic projects.
- Liaising with in-market stakeholders to present insights and actionable recommendations.
- Overall project management for selected initiatives.
- Co-designing, running, and scaling experiments in cross-sell/upsell/pricing & packaging.
- Supporting the design and optimization of the global Expansion organization.
Success Metrics:
- Delivering timely and detailed data analyses factoring in stakeholder inputs.
- Successful execution of projects based on data analysis insights (focused on MRR growth).
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of professional experience.
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
- Strong business fundamentals, ideally from a Business, Data Science, Statistics, Math/Physics, Finance, or other quantitatively oriented background.
- Technical expertise in working with large datasets: knowledge of Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and database experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business model is a plus.
- Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is a plus.
- Ability to package insights and communicate with stakeholders.
- Desirable proven experience in designing and implementing advanced analytics.
- Proven experience working with multicultural teams.
