Full-Time Senior Finance Analyst FP&A

As a (Senior) Finance Analyst, you will run day-to-day finance operations, focusing on data. You will support and drive data & BI analysis, making it accessible to stakeholders. You support the growth of the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of data analysis and BI project management
• Independent preparation of monthly reports
• Support in budget and forecast planning
• Pro-active participation in day-to-day finance operations
• Preparation of target/actual comparisons and ad-hoc analyses
• Special business evaluations
• Liquidity management and forecasting
• P&L / Balance Sheet reviews
• Support for all departments in business management
• Sparring partner for management
• Driving special projects
• Process improvements and best-practice introduction

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven professional experience (5+ years)
• Degree in Finance
• Fluent in German and English
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Confident financial modeling skills
• Data analysis and/or data science experience (e.g., Power BI/Tableau)
• Ability to handle Fin Tech software
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style
• Adaptability, pragmatism, hands-on mentality
• Initiative, assertiveness, teamwork, pressure handling
• Flexibility, commitment, self-motivation
• Independent report preparation and presentation
• Strong communication skills, goal and implementation orientation
• Project management experience
