Full-Time Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A)

The Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) supports the Head of Finance by preparing analytical reports and generating monthly reporting.

Primary Function: Aggregates business unit financial information, coordinates with business units and corporate accounting to gather additional information and commentary.

1. Generate monthly reports supporting the monthly Business Review.
2. Evaluate reported results for accuracy and completeness. Work closely with business units to understand and analyze results.
3. Act as Adaptive IT admin to coordinate system changes (program name changes, discontinuations, roll-ups) with other systems (CRM, Keyhub, etc.).
4. Manage, update, and analyze financial forecast in Adaptive Insights. Manage the model, including levels, dimensions, users, and structure, as a subject matter expert/administrator.
5. Manage and implement monthly time allocations to track and prepare programmatic contribution margins.
6. Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts, and support ad-hoc financial analyses.
7. Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and performing analysis.
8. Key contributor in the preparation and presentation of Consolidated Long-Range Plan, Consolidated Budgets, and Forecasts.
9. Assist senior leadership with presentations and ad-hoc financial analyses.
10. Other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, MIA) are preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proven working knowledge of IFRS and relevant regulations.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data management and data analytics is a plus.
• Experience with financial software and systems (Adaptive Insights experience preferred).
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
