Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

AMP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

The role will be remote in the United States and report to our Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking actuals vs. projections.
2. Prepare recurring financial reports for management and investors, focusing on variance explanations and KPIs.
3. Provide financial analysis and decision-making support to business unit leaders and executive leadership.
4. Ensure the AMP Corporate Model accurately reflects business assumptions (revenue, CapEx, financing).
5. Provide regular financial updates to department leaders, including variance analysis and performance vs. projections, and continuous cost forecast updates.
6. Provide FP&A support to the Accounting team for monthly close and variance explanations.
7. Analyze key business trends and report findings to management, identifying opportunities for improvements (cost efficiencies, profitability analyses).
8. Strengthen internal forecasting, analysis processes, controls, and efficiencies.
9. Support commercial teams in project modeling (pricing, returns analysis).
10. Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors presentations.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• 3-5+ years of FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or similar experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex analyses, scenario modeling)
• Deep understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and initiative
• Strong business communication skills
• Business analytics or data visualization tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred

Working Conditions:

• Full-remote, with occasional travel to Louisville, CO HQ.
• Hybrid or full-time in-office at Louisville, CO HQ if local and desired.
