Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a business partner to senior leadership with a focus on Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The Senior Financial Analyst will be pivotal in the preparation and analysis of management reporting including budget, financial statement projections, and ad hoc support in planning and executing strategic initiatives of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute financial planning processes (annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-term financial planning).
2. Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses of monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year.
3. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business problems into analytical questions to achieve targeted results.
4. Build financial and operating models to solve complex problems by providing data-driven insights and advice to inform strategic decisions.
5. Prepare and present actionable recommendations clearly and compellingly.
6. Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and systems.
7. Develop and maintain complex financial models to measure performance of client accounts across product offerings, identify growth opportunities, and assess risk to targets.
8. Partner with stakeholders to understand operational drivers, translate them into financial impact, maintain forecast, and manage spend within cost centers.
9. Identify areas for improvement in profitability and hold operational leadership accountable.
10. Collaborate with finance team to ensure forecasting and budgeting for client accounts aligns with company initiatives.
11. Create simplified, consistent, and actionable solutions, balancing big-picture thinking and detail.
12. Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and KPIs, and offer actionable insights to senior leadership.
13. Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and navigate ambiguity and complexity.
