Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

Joining Devoteam Tunisia's Finance team, you will be responsible for:

1. Elaborating and managing budget reporting:
   • Preparing monthly reports
   • Producing budget summary documents and participating in budget construction and revisions
   • Contributing to multi-year forecast processes for reliable landing.
2. Maintaining internal client relationships:
   • Providing analysis and advice and/or management proposals to the Financial Management.
   • Providing various support and analyses for the needs of the Management and Group.
3. Strategic advice and recommendations:
   • Business Partnering: Act as a true "Business Partner" for operational managers and general management, providing relevant financial analyses to inform their strategic and operational decisions.
   • Cost and revenue optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth through critical analysis of financial and operational data.
   • Sensitivity analysis and scenarios: Perform sensitivity analyses and "what-if" scenarios to assess the potential impact of different assumptions or decisions on financial performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Finance/Accounting School (ideal).
• 4 to 6 years of experience in financial analysis and auditing, ideally gained in a consulting firm or the financial department of a multinational company.
• Mastering reporting techniques and having a strong knowledge of Office tools, with a strong affinity for Excel.
• Solid general knowledge of accounting (accounting standards) and consolidation.
• IFR standards mastery is desirable.
• Autonomous and with a strong analytical sense.
• Strong English skills.
• Initiative-taking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Recognized for oral fluency and good written communication.
• Curiosity and an affinity for macroeconomic issues.
