Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a critical role ensuring the company can plan for growth, execute on, and track performance vs. budget. The role involves making informed executive decisions backed by financial and strategic analysis.

The successful candidate must be highly driven, organized, and customer-centric. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be a natural problem solver, gathering facts before making decisions, and capable of quick solutions when necessary.

Responsibilities include:

1. Instrumental role in monthly close and forecast activities, annual budget process, and annual strategic planning.
2. Develop, consolidate, and maintain line of sight into business unit P&L, contributing to forecast, month-end, and budget reviews.
3. Deliver insightful analysis to the business using advanced data analytics and automation.
4. Develop new tools, dashboards, and processes for scalable analysis and insights.
5. Collaborate with functional leaders across the business.
6. Continuously implement process improvements, utilizing RPA and centralized finance hub where possible.
7. Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate strategy, or FP&A
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion (including SmartView), or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting concepts for expenses accounts (OPEX, CAPEX)
• Strong financial analysis and reporting techniques
• Proven track record of partnering with the business to achieve financial outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
