Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Financial Analyst to join our finance team, involved in critical strategic initiatives, including strategic financial planning & analysis, budgeting, reporting, business case development, and supporting acquisitions efforts. The role supports the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzes financial statements and reports, develops financial models, prepares projections, performs financial research and analysis, and provides financial guidance to department teams, assisting with the monthly close process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports, consolidating monthly reporting.
• Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
• Managing the annual budget process, working with budget leaders, and compiling budget submissions.
• Assisting in preparing budget presentations to executive leaders and the Board.
• Understanding and reporting on key business drivers.
• Assisting department heads with financial guidance.
• Developing financial projections and building complex financial models using Excel.
• Performing research and analysis as required.
• Explaining variances.
• Monthly and quarterly forecasting, managing forecasting models.
• Tracking and updating direct & indirect headcount roll-forwards.
• Cash forecasting.
• Assisting with quarterly Board presentations.
• Variable compensation and bonus calculation modeling.
• Other ad-hoc analysis & modeling support.

Education & Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling in a fast-paced growth stage company.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in Private Equity portfolio company is preferred.
• Big 4 or similar experience is preferred.
• Experience with Intacct and/or NetSuite is a plus.
