Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

This position involves analyzing and managing resources that provide financial analysis support to management.

Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.

Effectively manages projects to ensure financial integrity and reconcilability.

Provides leadership, clear communication, and expertise in recommending improvements to procedural, internal control, and system processes that support financial planning and analysis.

Develops processes and financial models that support efficient and accurate analysis and reporting.

Effectively manages areas of responsibility to meet established deadlines and business urgency.

Identifies trends and developments and presents findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with 7 or more years relevant experience.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in developing meaningful financial analyses to include analytics, business insights, and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify variations and trends, develop practical recommendations, and drive implementation with business leaders.
• Solid accounting working knowledge to include relationship between P&L and Balance Sheet activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Highly responsive with sense of urgency to provide timely and accurate deliverables under tight time commitments.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership and personnel at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud ERP working experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Alteryx experience preferred.

Preference given to candidates that reside in Eastern time zone US due to business operations.
