Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

MGA Homecare is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance and Strategy team.

The team supports executive leadership across Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Washington, with ~$300 million in annual revenue.

The role reports to the Finance Director and has exposure to executive leaders, VPs, and Directors across various departments.

Remote, but candidates based in Texas or Colorado are preferred for field office interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
• Execute, manage, and develop monthly reports on business performance (variance to budget, forecast, year-over-year trends).
• Design and implement analytical tools for budgeting and forecasting.
• Proactively identify trends and support operational solutions.

1. Operations Analytics:
• Analyze performance and trends.
• Identify and implement methods to enhance operational efficiency.

1. Strategic Growth:
• Assist with M&A financial modeling, sourcing, due diligence, and post-close integration.
• Support service line and corporate leaders (Therapy, Long-Term Care, etc.) for top-line growth and new market entry.
• Conduct industry research and competitive intelligence.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other financial, strategic, operational, or ad-hoc analytics as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (quantitative disciplines preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a tolerance for ambiguity
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Empathy, consideration, and respect for teammates
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and commitment to learning
• Travel up to 15% of the time
