Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

Product Group budget and forecast planning and control, working closely with business leaders & teams.

Monthly & Quarterly monitoring (period end close, forecast/actual variance analysis, landing estimates, inventory and KPI progress, etc.)

Develop annual operating plan & monthly forecasts.

Create & maintain financial models & supporting analysis.

Preparation of reporting materials for management reviews.

Improvement of FP&A operations, ad-hoc requests, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of FP&A/Accounting related experience

Experience in the semiconductor industry highly desired.

This position involves working with Japan, so the candidate will need to be willing to work in that timezone.

High proficiency user of financial tools & systems such as Oracle EPM, SAP, Power BI, Excel, Power-point

High energy, motivated individual, with ability to think creatively and quickly with minimal direction and information

Strong business and analytical skills; ability to multi-task, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment

Strong relationship building and communication skills, experience and desire to work cross-functionally and be a contributing team member

Demonstrated success supporting global organizations

The candidate needs to be located in Austin, TX.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $70K-95K . This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
