Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

As a member of the Finance team, you will be integral in efficiently scaling a fast-growing company. You will build reports, financial models and processes to support a wide range of financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial results, understand key trends, assess current and future business risks and opportunities, and communicate insights
2. Support the forecast and budget process, with end-to-end analysis and forecasting of clients and revenue
3. Manage and track financial performance against annual budget, seasonal financial plans, and key performance indicators
4. Build strong partnerships across the business to develop annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasts
5. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling at the request of management business partners to aid in decision-making
6. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to be utilized in monthly close and management meetings
7. Serve as the financial planning & analysis resource for all Sales and Client forecasting
8. Assist in month-end close reconciliation of variances between actuals and forecast
