The Senior Financial Analyst of Go-To-Market FP&A will support business partnering across global Sales, Services, Success and Marketing organizations. This individual will ensure accuracy, evaluate trends, and provide financial visibility to Procore's global Go-To-Market FP&A partners (Sales GMs, Marketing, and Strategy & Ops). Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, this position can be based in any US office or remotely within the US.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Finance and Go-To-Market teams.
- Build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor budget progress, assess risks/opportunities, and provide expense trend visibility.
- Champion month-end close processes (headcount management/reconciliation, accrual validation, variance analysis).
- Collaborate with FP&A peers to enhance reporting and processes.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Public company and SaaS experience supporting Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software.
- Experience with financial management systems (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.).
- Experience in financial analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders/leaders.
- Attention to detail and high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
