Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst - Pipeline

North America FP&A is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support region-wide planning functions.

Collaborate with various segments across North America to enhance planning processes via standardization.

Report to a Finance Supervisor.

• Manage all non-technology OPEX costs in forecasting, month-end close, budgeting, and communicating savings plans with the FP&A team.
• Support month-end, forecasting, and budget analysis for non-technology costs and labor recharges.
• Partner with product teams on revenue-related cost areas.
• Manage global allocations from a financial perspective, collaborating with regional, corporate, and central finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or related master's degree (preferred).
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including P&L, OpEx account management for month-end cycle, forecast analysis, and budget preparation.
• Experience handling high-volume data and meeting tight deadlines.
• Promote continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and system automation.
• Hyperion data extraction, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and Tableau experience (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, accurate report creation, translating data into insights, and project management skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial systems/tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView.
