Role: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll report to the Senior Strategic Finance Manager, supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. You'll work across departments to connect data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial metrics and reports
- Support annual budget and interim forecast development
- Maintain financial forecast model
- Analyze month-end variances and identify root causes
- Collaborate with accounting team on month-end close
- Collaborate with business departments to integrate data for strategic analysis
- Prepare board materials
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of financial modeling and analysis experience
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Strong communication and analysis skills
- Experience in a startup environment (SaaS preferred)
- Experience with financial planning, accounting, CRM, and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker)
Compensation: $95,500 - $117,000
