Summary of the role: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll play a critical role in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis for strategic decision-making. Reporting to the VP Finance, you'll develop short-term and long-term financial models, analyze key performance metrics, and prepare insightful reports for executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for performance assessment, scenario planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Analyze financial data using SQL to provide accurate insights.
- Track key financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate budgeting and financial planning across regions and departments.
- Create compelling presentations and financial dashboards for executive leadership.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company.
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling.
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation.
- ERP system experience.
- Data visualization and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
