Full-Time Senior FP&A Analyst

The successful candidate will take on responsibilities within the Turner & Townsend FP&A team.

Responsibilities include:

• Consolidated management reporting and analysis (efficient, accurate, timely).
• Consolidated forecasting of combined business.
• Consolidated budget preparation and analysis.
• Regional and cost centre analysis of actuals and forecasts.
• Fluctuation analysis and understanding.
• Key Client and Sector Reporting oversight.
• Financial performance analysis across the Group.
• Board and Committee pack preparation (high standard, timely).
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
• Stakeholder relationship management (close collaboration with Regional Finance Controllers).
• Line management of Analyst and Assistant Analyst roles.
• Adherence to behavioural values, accounting manual, and relevant accounting standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional Accountancy Qualification.
• Strong communication, presentation, and challenging skills with senior stakeholders and board members.
• People management experience.
• Experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to change.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience within an international organization (desirable).
